Terms of Use & Community Guidelines

By creating an account or using WETHEFIT you agree to these terms. WETHEFIT is operated by Faisal Khani ("WETHEFIT", "we", "us"), based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

1. Who can use WETHEFIT

You must be at least 18 years old. Parents and guardians may use the app to find and contact coaches for their children; the account, and all communication, stays with the adult.

2. Your account

• Use your real name and keep your sign-in details private. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
• One account per person. You can delete it at any time in the app or via the delete your account page.

3. Community guidelines

WETHEFIT is a place to train, learn and connect. Do not post or send:

• Harassment, bullying, threats, hate speech, or sexual content.
• Content that promotes disordered eating, dangerous weight-loss methods, steroids or other banned substances, or unsafe training.
• Medical claims, "guaranteed results", or advice presented as medical treatment. Trainers may share general fitness guidance only.
• Other people's private information, or content you don't have the right to share.
• Spam, scams, fake reviews, or accounts that impersonate someone else.

Every post, profile and conversation has a Report option, and you can Block anyone. We review reports and aim to act within 24 hours. We may remove content, restrict features, or close accounts that break these rules, and we may do so without notice where safety requires it.

4. Your content

You own what you post. You give WETHEFIT a licence to store, show and distribute it within the app so the service works (for example, showing your post in other members' feeds). If you delete a post or your account, that content is removed from the app.

5. Trainers

• Trainers are independent members, not employees or agents of WETHEFIT. Any training you arrange is between you and the trainer: sessions, prices, payment, cancellations and outcomes.
• Trainers must describe themselves accurately: title, whether they train at a gym, at clients' homes or online, specialties, certifications, rate and experience. Listing a certification you do not hold is grounds for removal.
• The verified badge means WETHEFIT has seen a copy of the trainer's certificates. It is not a guarantee of quality, safety or results, and it does not mean WETHEFIT has checked identity, insurance or criminal records. Do your own checks, especially for coaches working with children.
• Reviews must be honest and based on your own experience with that trainer. Trainers may not review themselves or arrange fake reviews.
• Payments happen outside the app for now. WETHEFIT is not responsible for payments between members and trainers.

6. Your health and safety

Exercise carries risk. Check with a doctor before starting a new programme, especially if you have a health condition, are pregnant, or are recovering from injury. Content in WETHEFIT, including news, articles and trainers' posts, is general information, not medical advice. Meet new people in public places and tell someone where you are.

7. Places and news

Gyms, healthy food and supplement stores shown in the app come from third-party map data and may be out of date. News headlines link to third-party publishers; their content is theirs, not ours.

8. What you may not do with the app

Do not copy, scrape, reverse-engineer or overload the service, use it for anything unlawful, or try to access other members' accounts or data.

9. Ending the relationship

You can stop using WETHEFIT and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put other members at risk. Sections 4 to 11 continue to apply after your account is closed to the extent they reasonably should.

10. Disclaimers and limits

WETHEFIT is provided "as is". We work to keep it available and accurate but cannot promise it will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent the law allows, WETHEFIT is not liable for injuries, losses or damages arising from training arranged through the app, from other members' conduct or content, or from your use of the app. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

11. Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. If you have a problem, please contact us first at support@wethefit.com; most issues can be sorted out quickly.

12. Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use WETHEFIT after that means you accept the new terms.
