Delete your account

You can delete your WETHEFIT account and its data at any time. Deletion is immediate and cannot be undone.

Option 1: in the app (fastest)

  1. Open WETHEFIT and tap your avatar at the top right to open Profile & settings.
  2. Scroll to Settings and tap Delete account.
  3. Confirm. Your account is deleted straight away and you are signed out.

Option 2: by email

If you can't open the app, email us from the address on your account:

Email a deletion request

We may reply to confirm it's really you. We delete the account within 7 days of confirming and email you when it's done.

What gets deleted

Your profile, posts, workouts, articles, events, comments, likes, attendance, follows, connections, private messages, reviews you wrote, trainer profile, sports preferences and push notification tokens. Backups are overwritten within 30 days.

What may be kept

Records of reports and moderation actions, in a form that no longer identifies you where possible, so we can keep the community safe. See the Privacy Policy.
